The king of hardcore did his best in 1999. He got his brains bashed in at the Royal Rumble and suffered more pain throughout the year. But he used his great skills to win numerous titles.

Stone Cold is an expert at dishing out pain, no matter what the situation. His brawling skills helped him win many matches.
2-tie. Kane
Im not too sure why he ranked so high on this list, but he is good at taking out his many opponents.
3. Raven
His return to ECW helped his popularity, and he was able to use more of his hardcore brawling skills.
