The Corporation, led by Vince and Shane McMahon, and the Ministry of Darkness, led by the Undertaker, combined to form a powerful, frightening faction that was determined on destroying Steve Austin and ruling the WWF.

Billy Kidman, Rey Mysterio Jr., Eddy Guerrero, and Konnan joined forces to form one of the most popular, exciting factions of the year.
