The Hardys had a tremendous year. They went from unknowns to tag team champions. Under the management of Michael Hayes, Gangrel, and Terri Runnels, they won many matches with their thrilling acrobatic moves.
2. New Age Outlaws
The Outlaws disbanded earlier in the year and feuded with each other. But later in the year, the reunited to win the tag team titles and dominate the tag team division.
3. Owen Hart and Jeff Jarrett
Under the management of Debra, Double J and the late Owen Hart were able to win the tag titles and hold them for a considerable amount of time. With their great technical wrestling skills, they became a great team.
