The story of the Neil
Ahhhh....one of the finest subjects of the Kingdom. Neil was raised in the same sector as the Cannon man and was good friends with him. When he heard that He was captured and charged with Stealing junk, he went mad! He nearly brought up 2 dozen riots and had urges to burn things. Later, in the daily newsaper that he was about to light on fire, he saw something that caught his eye. The staff list! The cannon Man was one of the subjects! So he converted back to sane and decided to dedicate his life to try and get a job in the Palace. Greeters were the only jobs open, so he had to take it. (ugh) Then he and the cannon man met once again for the first time in 3 years. And so a new era begins...
