I will not tamper with or release any animals from the traps. 3. I understand Watsons Animal Damage Control Service will not be held liable for any pets thats injured or killed. 4. I understand any non-target catches will be released or disposed of properly. And be accounted for as a trapped animal. Owner will pay for this animal as well. 5. I understand animals will wander through and Watsons Animal Damage Control Service will do its best to catch the nuisance animal but different ones could return. 6.I agree to pay the full amount owed to Watsons Animal Damage Control Service upon completion of service . **Payment Schedule** 1.Set up fee will be due on initial visit. 2. Payment for animals captured will be made upon completion of services. 3. Payment for stolen traps will be made upon discovery of theft or damaged trap.
