Use the bombs more than 10,000 times. This may be checked by viewing the "Notes" menu. Then a "Stage Select" option will appear when this goal has been accomplished.

The Power Armor is the best jet in the game. It can be accessed by beating the game on the "Human" or higher difficulty level, or by playing the game over one hundred times.
