1991 2001 This caboose is actually Conrail 19851 (formerly Conrail and PC 23821) It was built by Pullman-Standard as New Haven C-305. It was purchased in 1987, repainted and renumbered 19882, in honor of another PC caboose that was assinged to their rail lines between 1975 and 1980
