VIEW FROM THE RAFTERS

By Brandi "Ripdog" Crosby

The Stinger is back! And the Stinger is back in black!

But the question is why wasn’t he at Nitro or Thunder?

I'm tired of WCW here lately. It's been awfully boring, and that's bad coming from what used to be a WCW mark, well not anymore. Now I watch all three feds. I just wish WCW would stop screwing over the fans and its wrestlers. Especially da Stinger and us fans. Cuz it's not about the network and it's not about ratings, it's all about the wrestlers busting their rear ends day in and day out to try to please the fans and to show the world what wrestling is all about.

And hopefully we'll see the return of the Stinger soon and hopefully soon will be defined as this Nitro or Thunder.

And hopefully we'll see Goldberg and Kevin Nash. And Scott Hall who was seriously injured at Superbrawl this previous Sunday. The injury was caused by a guitar shot from Slapnutz himself and worsened by a powerbomb powered by Mr. Sid Vicious. Several fans said Hall was laid out on the mat 30 minutes after the three count. And after spending hours in ICU, Hall is resting comfortably at home now. Here's hoping to a speedy recovery for Hall. And all these injuries are seriously hurting WCW. Most of the big names are out.

But let's move on to Thunder.

Kevin Nash was really funny this Thunder, thinking he was Commissioner Gordon. A friend of mine gave the following suggestion: Sting could return as the big black bat (Batman), Sid could be the joker, Kidman could be Robin (talk about a Dynamic Duo!), and I think she said Flair could be the Penguin and Elizabeth could be Catwoman. And also that Luger could be The Riddler. But this could an interesting angle if all copyright problems were sorted.

It would also give a new meaning to "Riddle me this, Riddle me that, who's afraid of the Big Black Bat?"

LOL Until next time, this is Ripdog signing off.
