Parapa Palace

Items needed: N/A

Recommended by me:

Life-level 2 or 1

Magic - Level 1 or 2.

Power - Level 1 or 2.

Shield Spell.

As soon as you enter, take the elevator down into the palace. Get the key by slashing it with your sword, and, remember, press start to see how many keys you have. Go back the way you came until you reach the elevator, the place where you started out. Go right and unlock the door in the next room, and continue to go right. The next room has an elevator that goes down. Skip this trouble-maker and keep going right. You'll come to an elevator that goes both up and down, and in the room there's a fairy. I recommend not using it until you decide to get onto the elevator, it'll save you A LOT of trouble. Take the elevator up to the next room, where you'll find another key. This means that you now have two keys. Head back to the room with the elevator that goes only down. Go left once you go down on the elevator. Stay away from the ghosts, unless you plan on being a power-less Hylian. Stun through them, and, like most ghosts, you can walk through them!

The next room has a collapsing bridge, and this reminds me a lot of those little bridges in some of the Mario game's that collapse. Listen to my words: don't stand still on this bridge, keep walking across, run if you can, Just don't fall into the molting lava below!

There's a treasurebag halfway across the bridge. Try to strike it with your sword while managing not to fall into the lava at the same time. Keep going left into the next room, where you'll find the AMAZING candle behind a locked door. Okay, it's just a candle. Grab the candle, go back to the elevator, and go up. Then go to the elevator that goes both up and down, and you can use the fairy now, if you need it, and go down.

Unlock the door and go right until you reach a nice little room that has draping curtains in the background. Starting to look like a palace!

This room isn't as nice as it seems, though. You're about to face the boss of this level, HorseHead. Nice name, isn't it?

Use the shield spell if you want to, to protect yourself from his blows. His only weak spot's his head. Jump up, slash his head, and then back away from him. He swings a mace that could do extraordinary damage, even if you have the shield spell in effect. Repeat the process listed above until his life meter is white. When he dies, a key will be dropped by him. Get the key, go right, and unlock the door, and walk up to the stone face. One of your crystals will be put into it or something like that, and your experience will be increased, preparing you for the next dungeon/level. Make your decision and leave the palace by going right. When you're back to the overland map, the dungeon will become a mountain, thus, never allowing you to go into it again. If not, you didn't defeat the boss, or you didn't get an item in the dungeon.
