Kill all of the Wizzarobes and the Like Likes and then move the stone on the left and go up. In the next room, there are more Like Likes. Go up, then kill the Gleeok and go right. Get the map and then head down. Here you have to fight more Wizzrobes.
Kill all of the Wizzarobes and then move the stone on the left. Take the stairs to get the magic wand. Go back down, once you have it. Go to the screen below the the map room, and use the candle to get the second key. In the room there are more Wizzrobes and you can either avoid them or kill them it doesn't matter.

If you have good aim you can kill her with one shot. Once she is dead, get the heart container and then go up to get the sixthe piece of the triforce.
