Light of Christ Award

We have distributed the "Light of Christ Activity Book". This is a religious award which the boys may earn by working with their parents. This is an OPTIONAL award for the boys but is encouraged that each boy earn it. This award must be earned prior to beginning of 3rd grade.
The Light of Christ is the first of five religious emblems available for catholic youth involved with Scouting. It is designed as a stepping stone for the other emblems.
To achieve this emblem the scout and his family must completeall Five steps. If you require more information please let us know and we will help you or get the answers for you.

Academic and Sports Loops and Pins

At the beginning of the scouting year a packet was distributed to all the scouts in our Den on what is required for each Belt Loop and Pin.
We have been working on these items in the Den and at camping events, I am also told that the Cub Scout Day camp will cover a few more of these items, we are keeping track of those.
If your boy has earned another loops or pins, or if you have lost the book please let us know. In an effort to save paper, if you have misplaced your book, I will send you a listing of possible loops and pins which can be earned and you should them pick which ons you would like to ork on with your son. I will then send copies of the ones you want to work on.
