We asked Rico about his last Sim and he had this to say. “Well Guy’s we went 4 and 6 in the last Sim and I went 1 and 1 so my life could have been better. My Earned Run Average dropped almost one run so that was pretty nice. Were still not getting the job done though. There still was five Games that we could have won if we would have had a break or two. All five Games we lost by a run or two so that tells me we were in all five Games until the end. With a break or two we could have won at least three of them. Right now out of our Starting five pitchers theres four of us that are real close in ERA. I’m first with a Earned Run Average of 3.75, Billy Madison is 2nd with 3.76, Aaron Jax is 3rd with 3.62, Phillip Chamberlain is 4th, with 3.80, and Ken Kennedy is 5th with 6.11. In the League our Pitching Staff ranks like this. Pitching ERA-3.92 2nd Place, Opponents Average-.270 3rd, Home Runs Allowed-28 6th, Walks Allowed-116 5th, and Runs Allowed-210 2nd. So as you can see we need some work in some of the areas to get our Pitchers the way they need to be for us to be contenders. To me there’s to much inconsistency with both our Starters and Relief. It’s the same with our hitting to much inconsistency until we can work that out then were going to have problems”.
