We asked Nate about the last Sim and he had this to say. ”Hey Guy’s its great to see you here Willie asked me to come down to Single A and give my sore arm a rest for the last two series that we played in. After every inning he called me so I’d know what was going on up there. Great Lakes has already won the Title before they played the last two series so we just had to find out who they were going to play in the Play-Offs. It’s been a lot of fun hanging out with Lance Parrish and the Guy’s. I’ve answered a hell of a lot of questions about what it felt like playing in the majors and for Willie Horton this season. Well these six Games were going to follow Great Lakes and see if its going to be Halifax or Sioux Falls that will play us in the Conference Championship Game. Gulf Coast Gators will be at Halifax and Carson City will be at Sioux Falls. Were playing Shawnee will be playing us here in Midland. All three of us are playing in three Game Series. All of us are on east coast time. The series here looks like it might be for the “World Series” Shawnee has a great Team and a great pitching staff”.
