Pat's Hot Rod Status

There was a tear in Pat's eye after I asked him to visit the Coachmen website, when he saw that there were no pictures of his truck. A sadness had swept over him. The long anticipated unveiling of his truck has come and gone, with no show. Pat hopes that his truck will soon be ready for his first show of 2002, whichever that will be. Let's say a prayer for Pat and his sweet ride that they will be ready soon for the world. We love you Pat!!!

Still Can't Drive It!

After a whole day off spent running around all over town making his truck legally roadworthy, Josh is still unable to cruise around in the mud with his truck. Knowing his truck was not making the horsepower it should, and kicking himself for not keeping his faithful 350, Josh decided to drive the beast anyway. A seemingly quick trip up to the auto parts store to show his buds his unicorn turned into a long wait and a tow home. Not only had the lack of hp drained Josh's emotional and physical state of mind, but his transmission had failed in the worst way. It became the unshiftable, and the unfixable. Josh's heart sunk even further into his chest. Complete and total devastation. And, once again, his trusty steed sleeps in the barn, awaiting a new trans transplant. Let's pray for Josh that he get that beast back on the road. We have our fingers crossed Josh!!!!

The Beast Has Awoken!!

Happiness has entered Josh's heart once again, shortly after discovering his Blue Beast can burn the tires off in a split second of hard throttle. Amazingly, the truck has decided to perk up after a long hard sigh from Josh and a "just wanna drive it," attitude. Turns out his beast really is the torque monster he had dreamed of. COMEONYEAH!!!!!

What A Success!

The anticipation almost gave each and every one of us a heart attack, awaiting the arrival of our first participant in the Coachmen Car Club's 2nd Annual Car Show. And, turns out, our hard laborious work paid off in a grand total of 107 participants, proudly distributing 41 trophies to those lucky hot rod owners. Thanks to everyone, the Coachmen raised $5,820.00 for Make-A-Wish. Way to go team!!! We could not have done it without all of our participants, volunteers, a few visitors on foot, and dedicated members. Hopefully, our luck will rub off on our next car show, getting one more dollar than last year. Thanks everyone for the outstanding success of the car show!!!!
