Twenty-nine pearls in your kiss

Well. This weekend was quite fun. I really like talking with Joe, he's seems like a really cool guy, but he's another one of those that my mom doesn't like or trust. "Kids like him can't change". He was a bad kid, but I really think he has changed (even though I didn't know him until a few weeks ago). He just seems so nice! The other kids in the band are pretty cool too. But hey, listen-

Wow, I just erased a whole paragraph because the content was a little.... risque. Hmmm.... my dad seems to be wearing a pair of my pants. interesting... Oh, I got something to say!

Today was a first in my life. You know how I talked about our cool new art intern dude (Mr. Lacrosse)? Well, today he made us draw this still life of mannequins with conte crayons. I was working on mine and he came over to me.

"Whats your name?"

"Elyse"

He then takes my conte from me and walks across the room. He fetches me a new piece of paper, and begins sketching the shapes within the mannequin. "Try to find the structure," he says, and his is a bunch of nice looking circles and triangles that form a woman's figure, while mine is an outline of the woman. I don't care that he made me start over, but then he proceeded to pick up both the drawings, and show the class.

"See kids? Don't do what Elyse here is doing. This is wrong," he alternates the papers, "Wrong. Right. Wrong. Right."

I was used as a bad example! This may not be such a big deal to you guys, but I have never been used as a bad example in art! I had to redo the drawing yet again as well, making it three seperate drafts I had to do. I'm sensitive when it comes to certain things.... Mr. Lacrosse is still cool though. I thinking I needed him to bash my work. I can be really arrogant sometimes.
