Frances O'Connor

Frances O'Connor was born on the 12th of June in 1970 in Wantage, Oxfordshire, England.
She moved to Australia
at the age of two. Her father is a nuclear physicist and her mother is a pianist. She made a name for
herself in the adaption of Jane Austen's Mansfield Park, costarring
Jonny Lee Miller and Alessandro Nivola. She then when on to
star next to Brendan Fraser and the Devil (Elizabeth Hurley)
in Bedazzled. She was nominated for a Golden Globe for her preformance in the made for TV movie Madame Bovary.
She will soon be seen in the new film from Steven Spielberg, A.I., along with Jude Law and Haley Joel Osment.

    Frances O'Connor starred with Geoffery Rush of Quills and Elizabeth in her 1998 film; A Little Bit of Soul. In Mansfield Park Frances starred with Justine Waddell of Wes Craven's Dracula 2000 and Victoria Hamilton of Pride & Prejudice and Persuasion. Jonny Lee Miller of Trainspotting and Plunkett & Macleane and James Purefoy of Bedrooms & Hallways and A Knight's Tale also appear in Mansfield Park with Miss O'Connor.
