Safe Dreaming Spell

Sometimes when we wander in our dreams, we have
nightmares or
find ourselves facing daunting energies on the astral
plane.  We
can alleviate some of these encounters by warding our
bedrooms
thoroughly and by keeping charms with us when we
sleep.  In this
spell, stuff into a 5X7 inch pillowcase two parts
mugwort, two
parts hops, one part lavender, one part chamomile, one
part
rosemary, and one-half part frankincense.  Then, add
three small
polished moonstones and a piece of aventurine to the
mix.  Sew
or tie the pillowcase tightly so the herbs don't spill
out
at night.  This should promote restful sleep and ward
against
nightmares.
