Committees:

• Social: super bowl party on the 28th". Needs help to run it. "Fit February" every Tuesday after hall council.

• Scrapbook: Needs pictures.

• Philanthropy: No report

• Fundraising: Valentines day find-raiser for SAPA. Carnations, cards, and kisses for $2.00 and Card and kisses for $1.00. Will be sold in Robby lobby from 11-1 and 4-6 on the 7th, 8th and 9th

• Constitution: Need time for committee meetings.

• Rec. Room: No report

Service Associate Report: There is a 3 day wall street journal holding period.

Floors:

• Sarah from 1st west announced they are going glow bowling Tuesday the 30th at 8pm. They need 5 more people to go. The cost is $5.00

• 1st west pizza party 2-6-2001

• 1st west and 3rd east are hosting a spaghetti dinner for all new students. Come welcome them to Robby Hall. February 4th at 7:00 PM. Jason says it will be sexy.

• Terrace had an awesome time at the dance. Come to the SAC with us.

E-Board:

President: Went over goals. Angela DiVito suggested adding "Quality over quantity as a new goal.

VP: Need floor reps.

Secretary: Have February program proposals to me by January 31st.

Treasurer: $1321.29, gave fun fact.

OTF: Fade to Shade Thursday 1-25 at 9:00pm in Plachta.

Program board is presenting "Second City" which is like SNL Friday 1-26 at 7:30 in Plachta. Tickets are

$5.00 and $2.50. "Head Over Heels" showing in Pearce 128 at 9:00pm on the 31st. Tickets available Friday

the 26th.

Old Business: Nominations were held. Jack Miles was nominated for secretary and Deanna Anchors for V.P. Voting on RHA reps will occur next Tuesday due to

an amendment of the amendment.

New Business: none

Allocations: $350 passed to DREAM conference, $80 to Jason and Melissa’s program passed, and $200 to social committee passed.

Liaison Report: Dave is gone this week L Talk to Jason about being an orientation mentor this summer. Coming

soon, "the roommate game"

RHD Report: Room draws are going on right now. RA/MA selections are still going on, and now is the time to think about spring break, please be careful. To use the weight room, sign a form at the front desk. Study buck winner this week was Aaron B Lewis.

Spirit Jar: Angela DiVito gave this weeks spirit jar to Bridget

• Matt: Larzy called and wants to have the annual 3 on 3 basketball tournament. He needs help forming teams and getting everything together. If interested call him at 4988. 2nd east holds the championship.

Corrections from last minutes: 1st west had I point 3 east had 2 spirit points. Wall street journals will be held 3

days not 24 hours. The new deskies are Aaron Sias, Aaron Lewis, Naomi Gulley, Mike Marshall, Jess Koski, and

Kevin Hohf. 1st west will be glow bowling not glow bowing.
