SALES POLICY : I will do my very best to make sure the bunny is healthy and represented honestly. Priced according to quality in my opinion. Rare colors will be more. Discounts are often arranged for multiple purchases at my discretion. All rabbits come with full pedigrees unless otherwise noted. Cash only. I won't accept checks except in rare cases where I know and have dealt with the buyer in the past. I don't demand a deposit unless the bunny is to be held for an extended length of time. Deposits are non-refundable unless I terminate the sale. I changed my mind. It is my perogitive to terminate a sale at any time. If a deposit has been accepted, it will be refunded in full. All sales are final upon delivery. Delivery is defined as money, rabbit and pedigree exchanged. Buyer has the option of declining upon seeing the rabbit in person, but any deposits are forfeit. Waiting list. I don't keep a waiting list. I tried it for awhile, but it became a hassle when potential buyers either found what they wanted elsewhere, or lost interest by the time I had what they requested. I don't send out mass-mail sale lists, either. The best way to keep up on what's available is to check here. I update often, and as soon as decisions are made to sell. Sales are 1st come, 1st serve. Sorry, I do not ship. For many reasons, I no longer allow strangers to come here to pick up rabbits. Can deliver to a show if I'm going, or can meet part-way. See Shows for the ones I plan to attend. A part-way meeting may include gas fee in email quoted price depending on distance. * NOTE: Please include your location when inquiring about bunnies. So we can see if it's feasible for you to get rabbits from me. TERMS : $ PENDING = Sold Pending Delivery. Being held for buyer to be delivered at the next available show or arranged pickup. If the buyer backs out of the deal, the bunny may become available again. Once it's been delivered, it will be removed from the list. SHOW = Free of disqualifications (DQ) and suitable for showing. This doesn't guarantee wins, only that the rabbit can be shown. BROOD = Suitable for breeding. May be unacceptable weight or color, or other DQ or fault for showing. Usually applies to does in the case of weight (see BUD). PET = Temperment suitable for pet. May be unsuitable for show or breeding due to size, type, or undesirable color. Any combination describes overall quality. Priced accordingly. BUD = Big Ugly Doe (False Dwarf). Affectionate term for brood does too large and long-eared to show. They're the babymakers and capable of producing show quality offspring. See Glossary for more info. PROVEN = Successful brood doe. A doe is only labeled as PROVEN when she has raised a litter here at Spring Creek. VM / VC = Vienna-Mark / Vienna-Carrier. Unshowable offspring from Blue-Eyed White x any other variety. Carries BEW and will produce it when bred to BEW or VM / VC. See Color Breeding Program for more info. Please see Important Notice About E-Mail.
