To over see that members are happy, and settle any miss understandings. To help President when she cannot be present.
To help Recording Secertary.
To make copies of all emails sent to the club.
To record meetings both Officer Meetings and Regular meetings by members.
To keep a record of all members currently active and non-active.
To deliver copies of letters to President, for final aproval.
Job to over see that club members abide by the rules, and to answer any questions people may have before they need to go to President, Vice President or Recording Secertary.
To Greet new members on behalf of the president.
To answer all new members questions.
