Cream butter, soda, sugars, eggs and vanilla together. Add flour slowly and mix well. Fold in Chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
