Million Dollar Fudge

• 3 cups sugar
• 2/3 cup canned milk (evaporated)
• ¾ cup butter or margarine
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 jar marshmallow cream
• ¾ teaspoon vanilla
• 1 12 oz. package chocolate chips
• 1 cup nuts, lightly chopped (prefer English Walnuts)

Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt. Bring to a boil. Boil slowly until soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add marshmallow cream, vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts.

Beat together until well blended. Pour into buttered 13 in. x 9 in. pan.

Let cool and cut into squares.
