I read an article on http://articles.news.aol.com/news/article.adp?id=20051027103909990027 it was posted today and it said that the nominee for the Supreme Court Jusice withdrawaled because she had been in the news alot because the media was saying they didnt think she was qualified enough for the life term position....Do you think there should be certain qualifications for being a Supreme Court Justice?

I think there should be certain qualifications for anyone being a supreme court justice. How can you do a job not knowing really nothing about it. That is the same when you have a substitute teaching a class they barely know anything about. you only get a difficulty in getting work done.
