I think that we should be able to get oil form the refuge, but I think that the money that comes from there should be given back to them. Everyone in the world depends on oil right now. The places where to get the oil are limited. One of the reasons this country bought Alaska was because of the oil and other natural resources things.

Doesn't anyone care about our enviroment anymore. People are so worried about oil they forget about the ecosystem. Oh, and an answer to Matt's question the answer is no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe that if we have a shortage of oil then yes, lets use the refuge. i know that is selfish, but i am only human. If there is not of shortage of gas and we just want more then no, we should not take what we don't need. The whole oil issue is really bothering me. I feel that we have enough to keep us stable. If we do need gas than go for it.

I swear that a couple of months ago every person was complaing to drill in Alaska. You know, believe it or not being President is not the easit job in the world. No matter what Bush does he will be criticised for it. You know, if Bush ended all the wars in the world making an army not needed because he made world peace you all would be complaining because he destroyed jobs. Face it people, you can't have your cake and eat it too. Bush does not own the oil in Alaska. In fact if you have looked at gas prices latley you would have seen that it is close to $2.20 a gallon instead of the $3.50 that it reached at the end of the summer. Bush does not make the damn oil prices per barrel, the people who own the drilling companies do!!! Next time you think that Bush has a made a decision that is wrong ask yourself something. What would you do in that situation. What would you do with the knowledge that what you do will make half the people love you and half the people hate you. With no matter what you do no one will like it because each person wants their own thing done. Don't be ignorant to the fact that while it is easy saying your opinion here or on school, when it comes tme to make that decision for the entire Country, and your decision will affect the world. Think about it!!
