The government is just looking for another way to keep as many minorities out of this country as possible. Obvisiously if they could get in the country legally then they would not be risking their lives trying to come illegally. The government needs to be worried about the crazy people already in this country. People say that the immigrants are the problem but this country was messed up before immigrants started migrating more frequently. Personally I am not worried about any immigrants.

I ahve to agree with Charmane that they trying to get as many immgrates out the country as possible, but they shouldnt make more strictionsto keep them out because many people are dieing. they could do someting with the illegal immgrates so they wouldnt have to be worried about becoming the problem.

(This has nothing to do with immigrants)
In an article titled, "Appeals court won't stop gang founder's execution," it talks about the execution of the founder of the crips gang. He is suspected of four murders, but it seems like they dont have specific evidence; everything is just sort of in general. Plus, i dont agree with the death penalty. Do you think this man should be executed?

I think that we should try to limit the number of illegal immigrants passing into this country, so yes they should increase the restrictions. Anything that will enforce the idea that it is not ok for immigrants to pass illegally is necessary. As soon as we find a way, then immigrants will finally get the picture perhaps that they can not get across. Maybe enforcing harsher penalties is a solution, or keeping the immigrants locked up instead of letting them go.

I think that the problem of illegal immigrants is a problem in the US, and I do agree that there should be restrictions placed to better insure against illegal entry , we have a hard enough time taking care of the people that we know about, imagine the problems we aquire in taking those we dont know about.

I think that with this situation, they dont have any hard evidence on the suspect. Also they are intending on putting the death penalty on him. So in conclusion i dont agree.

Personally i dont agree with the death penalty either i think that people should be punished for things that they have done. An alternative could have been to put them in solitary for half of the year so they have to think about what they have done. Many people commit suicide after they do major crimes so we are helping them kill themseleves. There has to be alternatives....

There is no reason to be worried about any immigrants. They are trying to get across the border because of the severe polution in Mexico City. Mexico City is regarded as the most poluted city in the world. The Mexicans are worried for their own health. Let them get across. They have the right to good health just as much as we do.

I say, we should let the immigrants get across the border. It is much healthier here than in their country. I read in the world records book that Mexico City is the most polluted city in the world. If we care about the world's citizens, we will let them get across.

I've seen part of this one movie called "Dancer In The Dark" about a Czech woman going to the United States so her son can have an operation to prevent him from going blind. I think we should allow immigrants to get across the border as long as they want to correct a problem that they can't correct in their own country.

I think somebody should remind the foreigners that they don't have to get into the country illegally. I would remind them that if they did it legally, they would have more advantages. Health care, green cards, you name it.

We should not focus so much on the Mexicans. We should also focus attention on immigrants from all over the world. I consider it racism, trying to prevent Mexicans from getting into our country. That means that they will have walked across the desert to the border in vain. Bush, if you want to be politically correct, you will let the Mexicans into our country!

I think that we should try and help illegal immigrants into the U.S. because we can't have them die trying to get across the deserts. If we care about them, we should help them. I think these immigration laws are responsible for all these people dying. These laws should be annuled.
