The first is the <img> tag of the fourth line of the code. Change both the "src" and "width/height" attribute inside to reflect the first image that will be shown. Do NOT change the name attribute. The second thing to change are the variables photos[0], photos[1] etc inside the <script> tags to reference the images that will be stored in the slider. Remember, you can have as many- or as few- images as you wish.
TIP ~ CHANGE A JPG TO A GIF Take the jpg Url to Image Magic, enter it and click view. When the pic comes up, click on the output button. Checkmark "gif". Then checkmark "single file" if it's a non animated image, or multifile if it's animated. Then click output. All that's left is to Upload or transload your image.
