Random Select:: Highlight the Liu Kang mugshot, and press and hold START, then press up.

Fight Jade:: To fight Jade, use only low kick in the battle before the mugshot stamped with a question mark. You may also use block. She looks like a green pallette swap of Kitana, but is much quicker.

Fight Noob Saibot:: To fight Noob Saibot, you must win 25 consecutive matches. He looks like a solid-black version of Scorpion, but is much, much faster.

Fight Smoke:: When fighting in the Portal arena, fight in any mode (single-player or two-player) and execute an uppercut to make Dan 'Toasty' Forden appear in the bottom right-hand corner.
