NATURES GARDEN
Looking at the tiny flowers
on the pathway to the brook
I just had to talk to them
and take a better look
Those pretty little petals
my eyes do now behold
The wandering, traveling Dandelion
with it's head of gold
There you are sweet Buttercup
I could never, never miss you
You look just like the sunshine
Because you are yellow too
Purple little Violets
Oh yes, I'm viewing you
All dressed up in velveteen
There's none other quite like you
The wild rose
Can any other compare,
with the beauty and fragrance you lend?
Filling up the morning air
God put you in His garden
blended in a lovely hue,
and said, 'you just go and grow,
anywhere you want to'
You're welcome in my garden
and I'll enjoy you
I won't try to dig you up
Like other people do
