Our Distance Love

Jasmine, when it hurts so bad,
why does it feel so good?
I wish this all made sense,
I wish I understood.

Jasmine, not having you here with me,
is tearing me up inside.
But I can't stop thinking about you,
no matter how hard I try.

Jasmine, I hope you know I love you,
how I feel about you?
I hope you know I want to spend
the rest of my life with you.

Jasmine, loving you feels so right,
I know it is the thing I want to do.
It is so hard at times,
Living here without you.

Jasmine, I just want this to be simple,
I just want you here with me,
to look into your eyes,
and to hold you near to me.

Jasmine, right now this distance between
us is out of our control,
but I'm still hoping one day soon,
I'll get what I'm wishing for.

Jasmine, that is to be with you always,
never away from you at all.
To have you next to me every evening,
to lay with you in my arms.

Jasmine, I miss you so much at times,
I cry myself to sleep.
Why can''t you be here with me,
it seem's like a little thing.

Jasmine, I love you more then yesterday,
it always seem's to grow.
I will never give up on us,
till my last breath I take I know.

Prayers that flow forever
They come from deep inside
That peaceful calm will enter
Each day in life reside

The world is now in turmoil
What answer can there be
We pray that love will bind us
Through life respectfully

I ask the Lord for Blessings
For all the world today
A lasting love impression
Upon my knees I pray

World needs understanding
And so we must oblige
Each of us all different
But hearts all beat inside

Same and yet not different
We each must reach a goal
Peace and love with kindness
Willing to console

Power that is in us
Is just a breath away
For peace and understanding
I pray for this each day.
