A Prayer Away
As I close my eyes
I bow down and say a prayer
because I know that He listens to my thoughts
and I know that He cares.
He watches over me
and comforts me in His arms
and when I fall asleep
He protects me from all harm.
I pray dear Lord
for those that do not believe
because when You return with all power
only a selected few You will receive.
Thank You Lord
for hearing my prayer
as I arise and go to bed
I know that Your presence will always be there.
