A Time Will Come
A time will come
when a loved one will pass away,
but with love and guidance of the Lord
your broken heart will never go astray.
You may ask yourself
why do people live,
then all of a sudden have to die
leaving their loved ones all alone
as they sit their and cry.
A time will come
when our hearts will be put to the test
as you take one step in life
to the sins that you confess.
If tomorrow should pass
there won't be any sins to plague the earth
because when the Lord takes you a hold
you will feel like a new born baby
waking up from birth.
A time will come
when your tears of sadness will all disappear
as you take another step closer to the Lord
an angel will soon appear.
They say that an angel
receives their wings when a shining star is falling
and as I open my eyes
I hear someone's voice calling.
