A Wondering Child
A black shadow
has come into our life
like a thief in the night,
but when you kneel down and pray
that darkness will suddenly become light.
A burning candle
is described as a disease
that a person will have to conquer,
but you can't do it alone
because you will need the help of the Lord
to guide you through
and as time passes on by
you will find out that His love is so true.
A silent echo
from a voice rings out loud
as we call out Your precious name
and when we hold out our hands and close our eyes
it suddenly begins to rain.
A empty well
is decribed as a lost soul
without a place to go
until we give our life back to Christ
and that is when the Lord will take us a hold.
A wondrous sound
rings forth the trumpets aloud
and as we look up above
we see Your face within the clouds.
A wondering child
is described as a person
that has been through alot in their lifetime,
but now their life is straight
and now that they believe in their hearts
they can't wait until the Lord opens those pearly gates.
