Be Still My Child
Be still my child
and listen to His voice
as the angels in Heaven begin to dance
when we start to rejoice.
Be still my child
because He will watch over you
when troubled waters will not stand still
just have faith in your heart
because His love will protect you like a shield.
Be still my child
and endure His love
because God is smiling right now
from heaven up above.
Be still my child
and know that He cares
so listen to Him always
because He will always be there.
