Father
I truly thank You
for being that shining light
when the world has turned away
and as I close my eyes
my precious heart begins to pray.
Father
my heart belongs to You
because when I am feeling down
Your love always pulls me through.
Father
my soul and Spirit
will stand through it all
because I know as long as I have faith
You will catch me when I fall.
Father
I know that I am a sinner
and I confess my sins
to cleanse my heart
because I want to walk upright
and to never again astray apart.
Father
