This is probably the best Trophy of my African Safari. The outfitter, Willem, told me the average Impala taken there measures about 23 to 24 1/2 inches. This one measured 251/2 inches. I hope it still measures 25 1/2 when I get it back from Africa.

My life long dream was to go to Africa big game hunting. This spring 2004 I was able to go. I booked for 8 animals. This is one of nine that I got. The Gemsbock is a very large and stocky animal.
