Saints of Great Britain
Written and researched by Margaret Odrowaz-Sypniewska, B.F.A.

In the New Testament, the word "saint" meant "Christian." Nowadays we think of saints as people who lead particularly holy lives, or who dedicate their lives to caring for others in the service of Christ.

For all the saints who from their labors rest,
Who Thee by faith before the world confessed,
Thy name, O Jesu, be forever blessed.
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

On these pages, I will explore the saints that appear in my own family tree or culture. I will add information about them and their genealogy.
