Bob has over 30 years of coaching basketball at both the intercollegiate and high school levels. At various HS and College stops, he has also coached other sports including tennis, baseball and softball. Along the journey he has also served as an interim Athletic Director at a couple of schools.

After his experiences, Belf felt the need for this site comes from both AD's and Coaches. Athletic Directors are constantly looking to fill coaching positions at all levels and in sports they do not always understand. In an effort to accomplish this task, this should create a larger pool of candidates for each job.

Coaches many times are unaware of all of the openings that school districts have available. Certainlu the high profile positions do get advertised, but many positions get filled with underqualified and uninsterested personnel as way to few candidates express interest in available positions. We are looking to provide a more inclusive list of open positions and Head Coaches will pass along knowledge of this site to their staff to assist them in progressing in their specific sport.
