The Unity Mela features some of the best International artists/performers from all over the globe, as well as regional and national talent. The Mela itself is family orientated, with kids rides and activities included as well as Asian/English food stalls, goods stalls, information/advice stalls etc.Last years Mela proved to be a HUGE success, bringing people from all backgrounds, races and cultures and religions together for a truly amazing day. the blazing sun and the seafront location only added to it all.

The Mela itself is a FREE event with no admission charges and is open for all to attend. However we are a charitable organisation and are currently appealing for sponsors and donations to make this event a huge success. Please bookmark this page and keep up to date with events.

In the run up to the Mela, there are 3 days in which various community related events will be taking place in the field. On these days Information stalls etc will be present and various community groups, including schools etc will be providing entertainment and utilising the facilities present. These events in the runup to the Mela are from 11am until 6pm on Thursday the 29th of July, the 30th and the 31st.
