Magnetic Island

Magnetic Island only a 40 minute ferry ride away! There are 2,107 permanent resident living on the island. Reef surrounds the island with many places to go snorkeling and koalas are very common. There is a large national park and bird sanctuary but Magnetic Island's environment is being threaten by the planned coastal development.
