Story: Taima was abandoned at a very young age and forced to fend for himself. His mother was a human woman who was raped by a demon posing as her husband. On the day Taima was born, his mother rejected him because his eyes were strange, strange... and definitely inhuman. Taima spent the next six years of his life on the streets with his then best friend, Daniel, who named him Jediko. They became great friends but were suddenly torn apart when Taima’s father came to take him back to Hell for his induction into the Minions of Darkness. Taima and Daniel fought desperately against Taima’s father, only to be defeated by a gigantic ball of flame. Taima, thinking Daniel was dead, flew into an insane rage and hammered his father by catapulting himself from the ground into his father’s chest cavity! Taima then fled the scene, crying, swearing never to return to Los Angeles. He was found by the Disciples of Darkness a few days later, huddled near a garbage can and exhaling a toxic smoke-like gas. They recognized the boy as a half-demon and adopted him into their organization. They named him Taima, meaning thunder boom. Taima quickly learned the art of ninjitsu and became a full-fledged assassin around the age of 10 (it was difficult to determine his exact age, since no one knows when Taima was born). During the first invasion on March 15, 1999, Taima was assigned to seek out Daniel and Frostbite, approach them, and murder them. However, things did not go as planned. Taima found Frostbite, fought him, and would have decapitated him with his sword were it not for Daniel recognizing him from his childhood and begging his old friend to spare Frostbite’s life. Taima was overjoyed at seeing his best friend again, and promised to do everything in his power to ensure Daniel and Frostbite’s safety. Taima’s strength and speed are much greater than any normal human’s thanks to his demon bloodline. However, demons normally can’t feel emotion, and it is Taima’s human bloodline that ensured his ability to feel love, compassion, and friendship.
