1.You will need a bike,Any Bmx style
bike will work You will need to take
the reflectors and kickstand off and the chain guard
also
2.You will need pads for your bike, first you will need one
pad for the "Top Tube"The Top Tube goes from the seat post to the
front
of the bike where the handle bars connect. Then you will
need one pad for the "Gooseneck" the
gooseneck
connects the
handle bars to the bike. And finally you will need one for
the "Crossbar"
the crossbar runs
between the left side of
the
handlebars and the right side of the handlebars. You can
buy a set of pads at any local bike store for about 10-15
dollars 3.Clothing requirments.First you will need to
have on a long sleeve shirt (most tracks will not let you
ride without one)Also you will need to have on long pants
jeans or sweats are fine,Also another must is a helmut,if
you dont have one most tracks have some you can use,And
last but not least i strongly recommend gloves, As chances
are you will fall, and gloves will help greatly in
reducing
skinned hands. 4.Take your time! Nobody becomes a expert
in a day,Remember the key to racing is having fun.Good
Luck
