Basilish's Lair

"Basilish's Lair" Interesting... Isn't this where that "*Possible* Griffon Lair" used to be? Hmm... Let's do a little exploring!

You enter the lair, and nothing seems unusual about it. It's dimly lit, large, and open. Just how all the rest of the lairs have been. So what resides here? Guess you'll have to go in a little further to find out... So you do.

Oh! Found something, this must be it.... Hmmm.... A thing...! But what? You haven't seen anything like this one anywhere else in Sunbloom. Good-- a stats table. Sure are glad that Cynther has everything so organized! Now to read it...

Wow. A griffon huh? Cool. Rather large animal.... Wonder if they talk or anything? Lets try it....

"Hello?"

^Hello. I am Basilish. You are the Visitor that everyone has been talking about I am assuming? For you are not Cynther or any of the other people who reside in Sunbloom.^

"Yeah, I'm the Visitor.... You're quite an impressive animal...."

^Yes, there are some that are larger than myself, but I am quite nicely sized I think. If I were any bigger Cynther might've had a problem finding me a place in Sunbloom. As it is the other animals are frightened of me.... Must be because of the things other Griffons have done.^

"Such as...?"

^You should only ask if you really want to know.^ Basilish glares at you..... Maybe it would be better if you left... Seems to have a slight temper...

"Umm..... I'm going to leave now.... Good bye."

^That would probably be a good idea.... I haven't had my daily nap today. Good bye to you as well.^ Basilish turns and walks away....

So he hadn't had his nap? Maybe that was the reason he was like that.... Who knows, I'm just going to leave....
