    Walking about more, to the East this time, you come upon the spot where you know that the Devi are kept.

    Searching about, you do not find either of them with your eyes, nor do you hear them.

    Where could they be?You think to yourself. I wonder what that lava female looks like as an adult and how Zepharan reacted?

   Searching about, this area of the field, you find nothing... But a slight flashing, and you know to close your eyes. You shut them tightly, and hear popping. When you open them, Cynther stands before you, smiling.

    "Hello, relm visitor! I see you came to see the devi, again! They have been introduced to each other and Zepharan right away started courting Embari. I do not know what Embari thinks, but I know I am thrilled." She grins and seems to go off in thought.

    "It does not seem so long ago that Zepharan was just an egg and it wasn't so long ago that Embari was... My little cloud is an adult!" You can almost spot a tear in her eye- she seems very proud. "I suppose you would like to see them again? But first I shall tell you of the Clouds and the Lavas..."

    "Clouds are the third of the Air order. The Airs are traditionally a guardian order, and like taking jobs about that relate to that. Clouds are strong devi, but not as dexterous as the other Airs. They do day patrol a lot of the time, hence Zepharan's being gone on patrol... Lava are the second of the Fire order. They are often larger than all the other Devi and are good at fighting. Fire is the order of war and lava show this- not as quick tempered as others in this order, or as intelligent, but very strong. Clouds and Lava complement each other... I couldn't be more thrilled!" It seems like she is going to go on, but is cut short. Zepharan and Embari are here!

   You look closely, and admire the both of them. What beautiful creatures! "They are beautiful... may I touch them?"

    She looks at you and smiles. "Move slowly, and talk to them... but yes, you may touch them. Since you have every time you've come here, Zepharan does not mind anymore but Embari is still wary."

    You reach out your hand, talking calmly, and stroke their small heads carefully. Just like velvet! How wonderful....

    "Yes, they are indeed wonderful. If you would like to try your hand at bonding... You must travel to the Savine, or perhaps Chi'GoldenPlain. Zepharan came from the Savine, Embari from Chi'GoldenPlain, either is a lovely place to go.

Zepharan chitters and they both suddenly take off. Cynther looks after them for awhile and then suddenly disappears!

After you get over your shock, you get to thinking. Devi sound really interesting... Perhaps I shall bond one someday... You decide as you:
