Welcome to my Equestrian Page. Horses have been a major part of my life. Ever since I was old enough to talk, all I talked about was horses, I was totally horse crazy! (my poor parents) I used to beg to go to horse camp every summer and as soon as I was old enough to muck out stalls I was able to get my own horse and work off the board (at this point my parents knew it wasn't ever going to end..lol)

November is one of my favorite months of the year, not only do I love the fall-time, to get on your horse and go for a hack, but it also means that the "Royal" is coming to town. The Royal as it is most commonly called is the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, where the country comes to the city. It hosts a hunter/jumper show that brings riders from around the world. It is both a horse and agricultural show that is in downtown Toronto, it has something for everyone and has been a favorite thing for me for as many years as I can remember. If you ever make it to Toronto in November take it in, its great.

Another link that I thought would be good to add is for the 'Pony Club'. It is a great place for parents to start their children who are horse crazy. It is a wonderful club that teaches kids of all ages horse care, horsemanship and all round fun. There are Pony Clubs throughout the world and the great thing is...you dont need a horse!! :) If you have a child who sounds like I used to be, check this out it really is great.
