This was my second May Day parade, and I was a Coyote in the second section. For awhile, everyone thought I looked like Scooby-Doo. Dangit. The lil munchkin is my nephew Justin, and he kinda liked Tia as Coyote. :) I had to take off my glasses and walk blind for most the parade cause I kept steaming up in the mask. The next year's mask was a little easier, sitting on top of my head vs. covering it, plus it was decidedly colder. This year was SO HOT, and the route covers a lot of ground before we finally get to the lake. I did learn something from the year before, however - wear seriously comfy shoes!
