Armageddon
Story:
An asteroid shower is heading toward Earth after a rouge comet collides with a bunch of rocks floating in outter space. Now a big deal, right? Well, it wouldn't be if one of the asteroids wasn't the size of Texas. Now it is up to a bunch of Roughneck oil drillers lead by Harry Stamper (Willis) to save the Earth. In the mean time, Willis is trying to keep his 20-some year-old daughter (Tyler) away from one of his Roughnecks, A. J. Frost (Affleck) Anyways, The team is sent onto the Asteroid, and... What, do you think I'm going to tell you the ending?

What's Good:
Excellent Special effects, and a great cast, makes Armageddon a must see for Movie Fans. Good blend of Comedy, emotion, and action. Unlike Deep Impact, Armageddon focuses more on what's happening with the mission in space, instead of what's happening on Earth, which I think is a lot more interesting.
What's Bad:
Almost anything that COULD go wrong, did. A lot of last second saves, and pretty predictable.
Overall:
Good movie. I've been to see it 3 times already, and I think it just keeps getting better.
Armageddon is pretty original to a point. A lot of people have said that Armageddon is a rip-off of Deep Impact, but if you think about it, they were being written at the same time, so neither one could have stolen anything from each other. Also, which was totally original, the first screening of Armageddon was at the Kennedy Space Center.
Overall good plot. Good combination of comedy, Action, and romance.
Good job action by the main and supporting cast. Affleck, Willis, and Tyler Do awesome together.
Like I said earlier, I've been back to see Armageddon two more times since the first, and I think that it just keeps getting better, because you miss a lot the first time.
