The first 12 tracks of this release are supposedly the original draft of the NPG CD entitled Exodus. The tracks which ended up on the released disc are the same, so just the last 4 tracks are unreleased. But even better than the Exodus line-up is the New Power Madhouse rehearsal. The quality is great throughout the entire CD, so this is a nice one to have.
