To obtain and maintain a roster of specialists in the field of Trauma Injury. Statistical Clearinghouse, a youth Outreach Site., The other buildings will house a Theatre, Entertainment Center, Bookstore, Recording Studio, Production Film Company.

The motion picture industry, film, cable and television have often exploited gang issues and people of color in a negative way in the development of their shows and programs. We now see changes being implemented to change that situation and T.E.A.R.S. will continue to pursue those changes.
<1i> T.E.A.R.S. will Create Awards for individuals in the entertainment industry who are more reponsible in the areas of writing, producing, acting, singing, rapping, as well as technical areas and other.
T.E.A.R.S. will Solicit funds from the entertainment industry to create literature and scripts that will promote positive solutions to gang violence under the T.E.A.R.S. INTERNATIONAL, INC. PROGRAM GUIDELINES.
