Winona Chapter Number 80 was chartered on Aug. 21, 1921, and sponsered by the Winona (Now Rochester) Lodge of Perfection, Scottish Rite. Between 1921 to the late 1960's not much is known.
In the late 60's we lost our charter and Winona didn't have a DeMolay Chapter until '76
In '76 The chapter was rechartered as Hiawatha Valley Chapter. By the mid- '80's we lost our charter and Winona had no DeMolay again.
In 1992 we were re-chartered as Hiawatha Valley Chapter Number 4241 and 1997 we asked to be renamed Winona Chapter and it was granted.
Summer Term is April to October and Winter Term is October to April
