I had gotten a copy of their new CD early. They had called it "Millennium," and it was truly amazing. Their ballads were beautiful, and their dance songs were great. I'd always get a kick out of AJ every time I'd listen to "Larger than Life"... that boy could always make me laugh. Needless to say... this CD would be breaking some records once they release it.

It was a lazy afternoon. It was hot and sticky outside... I decided to stay in my house as much as possible. But, I couldn't take it anymore! There was nothing on the TV, and my little brother was bugging me to death! He was worse than Nick! So, with Nick on the mind, I decided to drop by and see BJ at her house. She answered the door wet and angry.

"Hey BJ... uh, what's up? You look a little..." while I was searching for my words BJ cut me off.

"CORINNE... I.. CAN'T.. TAKE IT ANYMORE!!! THEY ARE TRYING TO *KILLLL* ME!!!!" she yelled at the top of her lungs.

"Uh... ok... just chill out sweetie! Just what exactly happened??" I asked her, looking at her dripping wet clothes. She took me by the hand and led me out to her backyard where I saw Nick and Brian by the pool with enormous waterguns.

"Oohhhh..." I said, finally understanding her dilemma. "Yeah... exactly! That's what I've had to deal with ALL DAY!!" she yelled at me. I looked at the guys and couldn't help but laugh. They were both soaked in their swimming trunks and yelling at each other. They looked hilarious!!

"DIE, NICK FROM BEYOND!!!!" Brian yelled as he shot off the water gun at Nick. Nick ducked and moved out of the way, laughing. "HA HA, B-ROK THE MUTANT!!! TAKE THAT!!!" Nick yelled back while shooting off his watergun. They were both laughing and making a huge mess. Then, Brian glanced over and noticed me.

"AHHH!!!! SPY!!!! YOU WILL DIE FOR YOUR TREASON!!!!" he yelled at me. Nick looked over and did the same. They started running towards me screaming.

"NO WAY!!! I'M TELLING YOU BOTH RIGHT NOW, YOU KILL ME WITH THOSE THINGS, AND I WILL FOREVER HAUNT YOU FOR THE REST OF YOUR PATHETIC LIVES!!!!!" I screamed at them. They stopped dead in their tracks and dropped the guns.

"OK OK... Just don't hurt us!!" they yelled at me. BJ hit me in the arm and gave me a weird look. "How did you DO that?? I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM TO STOP BUGGING ME ALL DAY!!!!" she yelled. Just then, Nick shot a long jet of water at BJ's head. She had no reaction, but the guys were laughing hysterically, and I was trying not to giggle. BJ looked at me and said, "Ettu, Brute?" and walked inside. I then let myself laugh as hard as I could as the other guys rolled on the floor.

"Should I even ask what you guys are doing?!" I asked the two after I'd regained my composure.

"We're just having a little fun!" Nick told me.

"Fun with what? Tormenting yourselves, or BJ?" I asked. They both laughed not seeming to be able to answer me. "Well, never the less, BJ seems rather ticked off," I added.

"I know, I know. I told Nick that we had to make sure to do something nice for her later," Brian answered me. "But, for the meantime... we needed something for target practice!!!" he added, again laughing.

I couldn't help but laugh. I know... BJ's my friend; and rather ticked off; but I couldn't help it. The situation was too funny, and Brian was so cute.

"Well, maybe I can aid in the situation," I suggested. "I'll go home and get my bathing suit, and you guys can torment me, instead of BJ," Brian and Nick screamed as if in triumph, and agreed to my suggestion. I mean, how bad could it be? It was hot and sticky, and the pool did sound rather nice. Plus... I did have that super soaker at home that could blow those two out of the water... so to say! :-)
